ZX Web — Terms & Conditions

Effective date: December 23, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZX Web. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of development services, project orders, support and other deliverables provided by ZX Web. By placing an order with ZX Web you agree to these Terms in full.

Our development brand: We develop websites under zxweb.in. All development work and project deliveries are provided by ZX Web (zxweb.in).

2. Order Acceptance & Project Start

All orders are accepted subject to ZX Web's confirmation. Once you place an order and payment is received (if applicable), ZX Web may begin work immediately. You will be notified when the project has started and provided with any next steps or onboarding instructions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds After Order: Refunds are not available after a project order is placed, except as described below.

24-Hour Rejection Window: If you wish to cancel or reject the project and request a refund, you must notify ZX Web within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Any cancellation or rejection request received after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

Notes:

  • If you submit a valid cancellation/rejection within 24 hours, ZX Web will review the request and — where applicable — issue a refund according to the original payment method and any administrative fees disclosed at the time of order.
  • Refunds (when approved) may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Requests intended as "changes" or "revisions" to scope after work has started are handled under the Revisions & Scope section below and do not automatically qualify for refund.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

ZX Web will generally include the number of revisions specified in your order confirmation. Further revisions or scope changes after the agreed deliverables may be subject to additional charges and timeline adjustments. Any requested scope changes will be documented and require written approval from both parties.

5. Delivery, Timelines & Acceptance

Estimated delivery times will be provided in the order confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on timely client feedback and the scope of work. ZX Web is not responsible for delays caused by delayed client feedback, missing assets, or third-party dependencies.

6. Support & Working Hours

Support Availability: ZX Web's support team is available 24 hours a day to assist with urgent issues and questions.

Working days / hours (as requested): Working days 27.7 h.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements, assets (logos, images, text), and timely feedback.
  • Respond to requests for review, approvals, and clarifications promptly so the project can proceed.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any assets you provide to ZX Web.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment and completion of the project (and subject to any third-party license terms), ZX Web will transfer ownership of the final deliverables to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ZX Web retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged for the purpose of completing the project. This obligation survives the termination of the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZX Web's liability for any claim related to these Terms or the services provided is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project. ZX Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ZX Web's place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

ZX Web reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. For ongoing projects, the Terms in effect at the time of your order will generally govern unless both parties agree in writing to changes.

Important: By placing an order with ZX Web you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund policy except where a valid cancellation/rejection is received within 24 hours of order placement.
